2. Winding film, also known as stretchflm, is produced with the proportion formula of imported linear polyethylene LLDPE resin and tackifier special additives. In the early stage of China, PVC winding film was produced with PVC as substrate, DOA as plasticizer and self-adhesive. Due to environmental protection problems, high cost (relatively large PE ratio, small unit packaging area), poor tensile property and other reasons, PE tensile film was gradually eliminated when it was produced in China from 1994 to 1995. PE stretch film first takes EVA as self-adhesive material, but it has high cost and taste. Later, PIB and VLDPE are developed as self-adhesive materials. Now the base material is LLDPE, including C4, C6, C8 and Metallocene PE (MPE).
3. The shrink film should be used with the heat shrinkable machine. The texture is relatively brittle. After the heat shrinkable machine is started, blow it against the shrink film, and the shrink film will shrink. If you operate properly, it will look good; The winding film has a soft texture and is used with a winding packaging machine.
