VC heat shrinkable film often encounters some problems in the process of shrinkable packaging, such as flatulence, atomization, fish eye and so on.
These problems can be corrected by adjusting the machine settings. The most frequently adjusted packaging machine temperature, circulating air speed, conveyor belt speed, number of air holes and shrink film size.
Use problem I of PVC shrink film packaging:
• flatulence: hot air remains in the shrink film
Solution:
1. Increase the number of air holes to speed up the leakage of air from the shrink film
2. Slow down the conveyor belt speed of the packaging machine so that hot air can leak out of the shrink film for a longer time
3. Raising the temperature of the packaging machine helps air leak out of the shrink film
Problem 2 of PVC shrink film packaging:
• atomization: the surface of the shrink film becomes blurred, like a mist
Solution:
1. Lower the temperature of the packaging machine. Too high temperature is the cause of shrinkage film atomization
2. Increase the conveyor belt speed of the packaging machine to reduce the time for the shrink film to contact the heat
Three problems in the use of PVC shrink film packaging:
• fisheye: fisheye like wrinkles appear on the surface of the shrink film
Solution:
1. The temperature of shrink packaging machine is too low. You can increase the temperature of packaging machine
2. The speed of the conveyor belt of the shrink packaging machine is too fast, so the speed of the conveyor belt can be adjusted down
3. The circulating wind force of shrink packaging machine is too low, so you can reduce the circulating wind force
