PE shrink film

PE polyethylene, which is a transparent thermoplastic. There are three common types of PE, namely LDPE, HDPE, LLDPE. PE film is a kind of material with good toughness, which is not easy to be crushed by ordinary plastic crusher. Because the PE film is soft and tough, it is not easy to cut, not to mention the high temperature of the tool at high speed, which will make LDPE coagulate and adhere to the blade. PE granulation can be directly put into the feeding port of the extruder in strips, and the PE film is dragged into the barrel by the shear force of the screw to heat, melt, extrude and granulation. PE recycled primary materials can still be blown, used for non food and drug packaging, and also widely used in the consumption of Oxford leather and waterproof cloth.

PE heat shrinkable film is generally applicable to the whole package of wine, cans, mineral water, various beverages, cloth and other products. The product has good flexibility, strong impact and tear resistance, is not easy to be damaged, is not afraid of moisture and has a high shrinkage rate

PVC shrink film with additional components to enhance its heat resistance, toughness, ductility, etc. The top layer of the surface film is lacquer, the main component in the middle is polyvinyl chloride, and the bottom layer is the back coating adhesive. It is a kind of synthetic material which is deeply loved, popular and widely used in the world. PVC is the most suitable material for the consumption of three dimensional surface film.

Due to the common properties of PVC (rain proof, fire resistance, antistatic and easy to form) and the characteristics of low input and high output of PVC, it is widely used in building materials industry and packaging industry. Therefore, PVC film has the characteristics of high transparency, good gloss and high shrinkage.

POF shrink film

POF has the characteristics of high surface gloss, good toughness, high tear strength, uniform heat shrinkage and suitable for automatic high-speed packaging. It is a replacement product of traditional PVC heat shrinkable film. POF is the meaning of heat shrinkable film. The full name of POF is multi-layer coextrusion polyolefin heat shrinkable film. It is processed by three extruders with linear low-density polyethylene as the intermediate layer (LLDPE) and co polypropylene (PP) as the inner and outer layers, followed by die forming, film bubble inflation and other special processes.
