Application mode of PE winding film:
1. Sealed packaging
This kind of packaging is similar to shrink film packaging. The film wraps the tray around the tray, and then two hot grippers heat seal the films at both ends together. This is the early application of winding film * and more packaging methods have been carried out
2. Full width packaging
The packaging requires that the film width is enough to cover the tray, and the shape of the tray is regular, so it has its own advantages in application, and the appropriate film thickness is 17 ~ 35 μ m
3. Manual packaging
This kind of packaging is a simple kind of winding film packaging. The film is installed on a rack or held by hand, rotated by the tray or wound around the tray. It is mainly used for repackaging after the wrapped pallet is damaged, as well as ordinary pallet packaging. The packaging speed is slow, and the appropriate film thickness is 15 ~ 20 μ m;
4. Packaging of stretch film winding machine
This is a common mechanical packaging method. The film is fixed on the support and can be moved up and down. This kind of packing can be very big, about 15 ~ 18 plates per hour. The appropriate film thickness is about 15 ~ 25 μ m;
5. Horizontal mechanical packaging

9. Stretching mode of pallet mechanism packaging
The packaging of stretch film must be stretched. The stretching methods of pallet mechanical packaging include direct stretching and pre stretching. There are two kinds of pre stretching, one is roll pre stretching and the other is electric stretching.
Direct stretching is to complete the stretching between the tray and the film. This method has low stretching ratio (about 15% ~ 20%). If the stretching ratio exceeds 55% ~ 60%, it exceeds the original bending point of the film, the film width is reduced, the puncture performance is also lost, and the film is easy to break. And at 60% tensile rate, the tensile force is still large. For light goods, it is likely to deform the goods.
Pre stretching is done by two rollers. The two rollers pre stretched by the roller are connected together by the gear unit, and the stretching ratio can vary according to the gear ratio. The tension is generated by the rotary table. Because the stretching is generated in a short interval and the friction between the roller and the film is large, the film width does not shrink, and the original puncture performance of the film also persists. In practice, there is no stretch attack during winding, which reduces the fracture caused by sharp edges or corners. This pre stretching can improve the stretching ratio to 110%.
The stretching mechanism of electric pre stretching is the same as that of roll pre stretching, except that the two rolls are driven by electricity, and the complete stretching has nothing to do with the rotation of the tray. Therefore, it has stronger compliance. Light, heavy and irregular goods are applicable. Due to the low tension during packaging, the pre stretching ratio of this method is as high as 300%, which can save data and reduce cost. Suitable film thickness 15 ~ 24 μ m.
